We're hiring a hands-on farm manager to oversee the operations of our 120-acre Thoroughbred breeding farm. You'll manage a team of 6, coordinate with vets and farriers, and own the calendar from breeding through weaning.
Requirements
- 5+ years on a Thoroughbred breeding operation
- Comfortable supervising barn staff and seasonal hires
- Strong record-keeping — we use Equine Tracker software
- Foal watch experience required
